This group is built upon the hard work and dedication of all our farmers, ranchers, producers and our amazing customers. We are constantly striving to grow and expand our group into new markets. liberty food and wine exchange
Liberty Food & Wine Exchange is a downtown artisan eatery, market and bar by Chef Mark Estee. The menu is inspired by a fusion of American/Italian Cuisine and fresh ingredients grown and raised in Northern Nevada and California. House-cured meats and specialty cuts, fresh breads, pastas, sauces and desserts are made daily.

Liberty artisan meats
What started as a passion project for Chef Mark Estee Back in 2000 has now become a USDA inspected artisan butcher shop that started producing in 2014. The facility, located at Liberty Food and Wine Exchange in downtown Reno, focuses on whole animal butchery and can produce a wide range classic charcuterie, sausages, cured meats and salumi. Being in the RLFG family means we use as many locally sourced products as we can in our production and take pride in serving the most delicious meats around.
Overland Restaurant & Pub
Located in Downtown Gardnerville, NV in a historic building that has been everything from a meat market, firehouse, hotel and eventually the restaurant, and pub that it is today. In 2015 the building was remodeled and expanded into the old firehouse building that is now the the "Pub". Overland Restaurant & Pub serves locally sourced meats, pastas, breads and other produce to create a unique menu that has a distinct smokehouse vibe and deep roots in basque cuisine.

GREAT BASIN BREWING CO. | Brewpubs
Nevada’s most award-winning brewery, first opened in 1993, is home to our small-batch pilot brewery. We offer savory meals paired with a wide-ranging number of beer styles that will leave any craft beer lover thrilled. During the warmer months we also feature dog-friendly outdoor dining and free outdoor concerts on our Hopback Stage at our Sparks location. In our Reno brewpub we serve our hand tossed pizzas along with savory pub fare. In Carson City we feature all the Great Basin Classics with wood-fired pizzas and 16-craft beers on tap. At the newest brewpub in Minden, NV we have unveiled the newest Great Basin concept, our roadside fast casual brewpub. It features a long list of burgers, 2 styles of pizzas and of course our house smoked chicken wings.
